30-Day Permanent Jewelry Policy
We want you to love your new piece! Each welded bracelet, anklet, or necklace is made with care and quality materials. If your jewelry happens to break or come off within 30 days of your appointment, we’ll be happy to reweld it for free — as long as you still have the chain.
Please note: Lost chains are not covered under this policy. After 30 days, a small reweld fee will apply. Tarnishing or damage caused by misuse, such as snagging, stretching, or exposure to harsh chemicals, is not covered.
