Skin sensitivities and allergies are rare. Your safety and care are of my upmost concern. However, I am not liable for reaction due to my products, if you are concerned, we recommend a patch test several days before your appointment. We have the right to refuse service. We use the highest quality products and the most up-to-date techniques and sanitation protocols in the industry.
There are no refunds of any services or products, this includes allergic reactions and retention of eyelash extensions. Failure to follow at home aftercare instructions or advice from our lash artist resulting in irritation and/or inflammation does not warrant any refunds or liability towards Inner Beauty LLC. There is no guarantee of results on any services every result may vary from client to client.
Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early. If youre a new client please 10-15 minutes early to allow time to park and go over forms.
You have 48 hours to reschedule an appointment, If you cancel with less than 48 hour notice you will be charged a 50% service fee.
NO SHOW/ NO CALL
If you are running 15 minutes (or more) late we have the right to refuse service. In the event you no show no call for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
Although we love kids, we ask that you do not bring them to your appointment. We appreciate your understanding!
