Please review these Inner Beauty Policies prior to your appointment:

Skin sensitivities and allergies are rare. Your safety and care are of my upmost concern. However, I am not liable for reaction due to my products, if you are concerned, we recommend a patch test several days before your appointment. We have the right to refuse service. We use the highest quality products and the most up-to-date techniques and sanitation protocols in the industry. 

There are no refunds of any services or products, this includes allergic reactions and retention of eyelash extensions. Failure to follow at home aftercare instructions or advice from out lash artist resulting in irritation and/or inflammation does not warrant any refunds or liability towards Inner Beauty LLC. There is no guarantee of results on any services every result may vary from client to client.

We will not accept a client running anymore than 10 minutes late. We ask everyone arrive 5 minutes early to their appointment. It not only affects your time, but the client scheduled after you and our work. We can reschedule and a 50% service fee will be charged. If you are running late please send you ETA, if its more then 10 minutes we reserve the right to reschedule you and charge 50% of service.

No call no shows will be charged a 50% service fee and will no longer be able to book with Inner Beauty again. You have 24 hours to reschedule an appointment, after that you can still reschedule but I will charge a 50% service fee.

Clean your lashes before every appointment! There is a $20 removal fee for mascara. It not only adds weight to your extensions, but it also leaves a clear coat on your natural lashes even after removal, so please be aware your lash life can be affected by this, this is why we recommend that no mascara is applied ever, especially with lash extensions.

Lash fill appointments are only for those with existing lash extensions. Anyone without existing extensions must book an initial full set appointment accordingly.

We do not accept fill appointments after 3 weeks. At that time you will be charged for a full set. If you have lash extensions from another lash artist and are scheduled for a fill appointment, we do reserve the right to not fill in with our work if we think you need a full set.

Although we love kids, we ask that you do not bring them to your appointment. We appreciate your understanding!
